S P Setia’s Livistonia VIII shop office achieves 100% take-up rate

KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd’s three-storey shop office project, Livistonia VIII in the Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru has recorded a 100% take-up rate within a week following its launch in mid-February.

“It is encouraging to see Livistonia VIII fully taken up within just a week, which follows the easing of Covid-19 related restrictions for businesses.

“Livistonia VIII will not only draw more foot fall to the area from the surrounding neighbourhoods and boost business opportunities for our tenants, but also bring more convenience to the residents living in Setia Tropika,” Setia Tropika general manager Saniman Bin Amat Yusof said in a statement.

Livistonia VIII consists of 30 units of shop offices and will serve an estimated population

catchment of more than 60,200 residents within the township and surrounding

neighbourhoods.

S P Setia said with land size of 22 ft by 70 ft and a generous built-up of 4,595 sqft, Livistonia VIII units are built to provide conducive and flexible spaces to suit various business needs.

Prior to Livistonia VIII, Setia Tropika has launched a total of 392 units of shop offices under the Livistonia series which have been fully sold.
