Tomei FY21 dividend at three sen

PETALING JAYA: Tomei Consolidated Bhd has proposed a three sen dividend per share, pending shareholders approval.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the jeweller said that it has recommended the payment of a first and final single-tier dividend of three sen per share for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2021 (FY21), subject to the shareholder’s approval at the forthcoming 17th AGM.
