has unveiled the final phase of Aspira Gardens to a take-up rate of 75% even before the launch over the weekend.
In a statement yesterday, the property developer said the overwhelming response to phase two despite the Covid-19 pandemic was a testament to the popularity of its Aspira-themed offerings in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
