QSR Brands’ new board members

PETALING JAYA: QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd has announced the addition of four new independent directors to its board.

The three new board members are Chong Chye Neo who is the former IBM Malaysia managing director and chief executive officer and director of Bursa Malaysia Bhd; Khoo Gaik Bee who is a former chief human resources in several companies and director of Axiata Group Bhd and Foong Pik Yee, a former chief financial officer in several esteemed companies and director of Ambank (M) Bhd, Paramount Corp Bhd and Prudential Assurance Malaysia Bhd.
