WCE appoints Lyndon Alfred Felix as CEO


KUALA LUMPUR: WCE Holdings Bhd (WCEHB) has appointed Lyndon Alfred Felix as chief executive officer effective Feb 17.

In a statement, WCEHB said Datuk Neoh Soon Hiong would be retiring as CEO on Feb 16.

Lyndon, 47, is currently the group’s chief financial officer (CFO). He was appointed as CFO of WCEHB on Feb 17, 2014, and joined the board of West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd (WCESB) on April 2, 2014, taking on a key role in the strategic and corporate activities undertaken by the group.

Lyndon is also actively involved in the WCE project operations and plays a leading role in all key stakeholder engagements with the various government agencies, shareholders, regulators, and bankers.

Chairman Datuk Ir Hamzah bin Hamzah said: “We believe with his (Lyndon) experience in his current role as CFO, he has the requisite

leadership skills and business knowledge to spearhead the group in achieving its critical goals and targets.”

“This appointment is also a testament to our strong succession planning and the talent management process that we have built in the group,” he added.
