KUALA LUMPUR: AmBank Group has announced that Tan Sri Azman Hashim (pic) will retire as the non-independent, non-executive chairman and member of the board of directors of AMMB Holdings Bhd
on March 31, 2022.
In a statement, the group said Azman will continue to contribute as chairman emeritus and honorary adviser upon his retirement. He also remains a major shareholder of the group.
