KUALA LUMPUR: Proton registered a 2021 sales tally of 114,708 units, representing a 4.5% increase over sales in 2020 and a third consecutive year of volume growth.
Comparatively, the overall total industry volume (TIV) for Malaysia is estimated to have shrunk 4.6% to just over 505,000 units.
