Gadang’s unit signs PPA with SESB


In its stock exchange filing, the company said under the contract, its indirect 70%-owned subsidiary, Nusantara Suriamas Sdn Bhd (NSSB), would design, construct, test, commission, own, operate and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy generating facility, with the capacity of 5.9 megawatt alternating current in Sabah.

PETALING JAYA: Gadang Holdings Bhd’s unit has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) for large scale solar with Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB).

In its stock exchange filing, the company said under the contract, its indirect 70%-owned subsidiary, Nusantara Suriamas Sdn Bhd (NSSB), would design, construct, test, commission, own, operate and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy generating facility, with the capacity of 5.9 megawatt alternating current in Sabah.
