RM107.5mil contract for Crest Builder

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Crest Builder said the contract period set out in the letter of acceptance is 33 months from Oct 22, 2021 to July 21, 2024. The project is located in Ara Damansara.

KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd has secured a contract from Sime Darby Property (Ara Damansara) Sdn Bhd for the construction of one block of serviced apartment with car park podium for a contract sum of RM107.5mil.
