DESPITE the slowdown in the property market and the continuing negative sentiment during the lockdown periods caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd registered an impressive 95% take-up rate of its first phase launch of its latest development Bayu Sutera, recently.
Bayu Sutera is Matrix Concepts latest freehold residential development spanning over 216 acres in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negri Sembilan.
