CMSB, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, independent non-executive director Jeyabalan S.K. Parasingam has been appointed as the chairman of its group audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee.

KUALA LUMPUR: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMSB) has revised the composition of its group audit and nomination and remuneration committees effective June yesterday.
