Dutaland buys four town villas

KUALA LUMPUR: Dutaland Bhd is buying four units of four storey town villas in Sri Hartamas, KL for RM15.7mil from Olympia Industries Bhd.

“The properties, each with a lift and a swimming pool, are prestige properties which are located at a well-established exclusive residential area, ” it said.

“The transactions are undertaken as it is expected that there is demand for the properties and hence appreciation of the value, ” Dutaland said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.

The properties were valued at between RM15.7mil and RM15.8mil.

Meanwhile, in a separate filing with Bursa Malaysia, Olympia said the disposals were in line with its management plans to focus on its core business activity.
