Sime Property bullish on first phase of XME Business Park

Wan Hashimi(pic) said the park, with a total 149 units, would have a gross development value of RM520mil.

NILAI: Sime Darby Property Bhd, which has launched the first phase of its XME Business Park project in Nilai in December, is confident that all 75 units available will be taken up by year-end.

Sime Darby Property acting group chief executive officer Datuk Wan Hashimi Albakri said this was because the project – the state’s first managed industrial park – was strategically located at the gateway of Negri Sembilan and the Malaysian Vision Valley (MVV) 2.0.
