Widad to acquire UITM Seremban concession from Menang Corp

KUALA LUMPUR: Widad Group Bhd is planning acquire a concession company from Menang Corp (M) Bhd and another shareholder for RM122mil.

Widad, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, announced it had entered into a heads of agreement to acquire a 100% equity interest in Innovatif Mewah Sdn Bhd (IMSB).
