HSS Engineers targets water projects as rail slowdown hits Q2 earnings

KUALA LUMPUR: HSS Engineers Bhd is eyeing new water infrastructure projects in Sabah and Sarawak to boost order book after reduced scope of works on rail development projects resulted in a loss in the second quarter.

The group posted a net loss of RM2.8mil in the three-month ended June 30, compared with a net profit of RM6.9mil a year ago.
