PETALING JAYA: DWL Resources Bhd has set up a new wholly-owned subsidiary, DWL Technologies Sdn Bhd (DTSB) to enter into the information communication and technology (ICT) industry.
In a statement, the company which was formerly known as Spring Gallery Bhd, said the directors of the subsidiary are Datuk Sri Aminul Islam Abdul Nor and Datuk Rathakrishnan Vellaisamy – both prominent figures in the ICT industry.
