Izzaddin resigns as UEM Sunrise director


UEM Group Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Izzaddin Idris will be stepping down from his position when his contract expires in October this year.

PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd’s Datuk Izzaddin Idris has resigned from his position as non-independent non-executive director, following the completion of his service contract at the holding company, UEM Group Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, UEM Sunrise said Izzaddin has also ceased to be the company’s board tender committee chairman and member of the board development committee, as well as the ESOS Committee of the company effective Oct 1.
