KUALA LUMPUR: Khazanah Nasional Bhd says former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has resigned as chairman of the board effective Thursday.
The Government's strategic investment fund, in a brief media statement, did not announce a replacement.
Khazanah also said that Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani, the former second finance minister, is also no longer a board member as of May 30.
Meanwhile, Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah, the former Treasury secretary-general, had resigned as a member of the board since May 23.
