KUALA LUMPUR: Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd
has clinched a RM168mil contract from the East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) to build main infrastructure works for Kertih Biopolymer Park in Kemaman, Terengganu.
The company told Bursa Malaysia that the work involved the construction of major earthworks, road and drainage works, and utility services, including sewerage treatment plant, network pump station, elevated water tank, sub-station building and other associated works.
Muhibbah said the contract was expected to be completed within 24 months from the date of site possession, which is estimated to be next month.
The ECERDC is a statutory body formed by Federal Government to spearhead the socio-economic development of the East Coast Economic Region.
