KUALA LUMPUR: PJ Development Holdings Bhd (PJD) managing director Wong Chong Shee has retired effective Wednesday.
The announcement to Bursa Malaysia came on the same day that the property and construction group reported its unaudited results for the quarter ended Sept 30, during which it recorded earnings of RM17.48mil on revenue of RM210.95mil. (There is no comparative financial information on the preceding year’s corresponding quarter due to the change in financial year end from June 30 to Dec 31.)
Wong, who joined the company’s board in 1993, had been managing director since August 2013. The 60-year-old is the brother of PJD chairman and major shareholder Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat.
