DiGi backs minister's suggestion on GST plan for pre-paid

KUALA LUMPUR:  DiGi.com Bhd is supportive of the Multimedia and Communications Ministry's proposed plan fofor the Goods and Sertvices Tax (GST) on the prepaid issue.

"We are fully supportive of the minister's (Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek) plans and are working to ensure this.

“We are working with the minister on this matter," DiGi's chief executive officer Albert Murty said on Thursday.

DiGi is now awaiting more information from the ministry on this matter, he added.
