PwC sees further cut in corporate tax, expects Govt to address compliance cost of SMEs

KUALA LUMPUR: PricewaterhouseCoopers Taxation Services Sdn Bhd (PwC) sees further reduction in the corporate tax as part of the necessary measures to be addressed under the Budget 2015 to be tabled in Dewan Rakyat on Oct 10.

Senior executive director, Jagdev Singh, said although the rate was reduced by one percentage point to 24% in the last budget, the Government could probably be a little more aggressive on that front.
