Johor Bahru approves award of submerged land to Iskandar Waterfront City


KUALA LUMPUR: The Johor Bahru Land Administration Office has approved the award of 96.31ha of submerged land to Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd‘s (IWC) unit Tebrau Bay Sdn Bhd.

It said on Friday the land would be on a freehold basis, subject to payment of a premium of RM50 per square feet within three months. The replacement land would be for mixed development.
