RAM assigns AAA to MRCB’s Puncak Wangi RM200m debt notes


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd’s (MRCB) unit to Puncak Wangi Sdn Bhd has proposed to issue debt notes of up to RM200mil to build an office tower in Petaling Jaya.

RAM Rating Services said on Friday  upon completion, the building is to be leased to Celcom Axiata Bhd for an initial 15 years, with two automatic three-year extensions.
