CHONG Wei-Hsiang knows what it takes to build a public relations (PR) brand. He helped make GCI Worldwide Sdn Bhd, formerly just a department under Grey Advertising, into a successful medium-sized PR firm with its own set of clients.
Now he plans to repeat that process with DDB PR Sdn Bhd, which he joined last September after 8½ “very good” years at GCI, the last one year as its managing director.
