Japan’s Daikin to delist OYL Industries

KUALA LUMPUR: Daikin Industries Ltd, Japan's largest maker of air-conditioner, plans to delist OYL Industries Bhd. 

Daikin, which had acquired 95.9% of OYL's stock, would buy the balance shares and remove the stock from Bursa, OYL said told the stock exchange yesterday.
