KUALA LUMPUR: KARS, a project undertaken by LS Associates (SEA) Sdn Bhd, aims to develop a one-stop auto mart in Kuala Lumpur featuring 10,000 sales bays for cars and 1,200 car park lots.
The RM5mil project, located on a 31-acre site along Jalan Cochrane, will see around 440,000 sq ft of space being allocated for sales of cars, either by car manufacturers, used car salesmen or individuals.
