SINGAPORE: A 70-year-old man who drove away to avoid his nagging wife as she banged on his car door caused her to fall backwards and hit her head.

The injuries to his wife’s head left her bed-bound and unable to comprehend any commands. The 61-year-old woman also needed to use a nasogastric tube for the long term for milk feeds.
