Bruneians turning heads at international barber event


BALI: Representatives of a Brunei barber studio were invited as special guests to the Bali Barber Expo 2025 in Indonesia.

Muhd Nur Ilmi Azim and Athoilyaas attended the international barber event from July 5 to 6 representing Brunei to educate and judge the main event’s competition along with other hair professionals.

“It was a proud moment. The involvement speaks to the growing recognition of the work we’re doing here in Brunei. We were honoured to share more about this experience, and what it means to the team and the local barber industry,” said Danial Hakim Sufian, a representative for the barber studio. - Borneo Bulletin/ANN
