Brunei to observe Hari Raya Aidiladha on June 29


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Brunei Darussalam will observe Hari Raya Aidiladha on Thursday, June 29 corresponding to 10th of Zulhijjah 1444 Hijrah after the new moon was not sighted on Sunday (June 19).

Syar’ie judges and officers from Syariah Court at the State Judiciary Department along with officers from the Survey Department were stationed at several sites to sight the new moon.
