Laos to experience cold wave during the Lunar New Year holidays

VIENTIANE, Jan 21 (Laotian Times): The cold weather conditions will continue to sweep over all of Laos with moderate to strong winds during the Lunar New Year holidays, says the Meteorology and Hydrology Department.

The northeast provinces of Laos, comprising of Phongsaly, Houaphanh, and Xieng Khouang provinces, will face quite cold weather, with heavy fog in the morning and high wind in certain regions, with temperatures ranging from 9 to 21 degrees.
