New 'Happy Water' but deadly drug cocktail sweeping South-East Asia region, Singapore's drug agency monitoring situation

SINGAPORE, June 18 (The Straits Times/ANN): A new deadly cocktail of synthetic drugs has been sweeping through South-East Asia, with the authorities in the region raising concerns that users may get into troubled waters.

Known as "Happy Water", it is a powdered mixture containing caffeine, diazepam, ketamine, ecstasy, methamphetamine and tramadol.
