Mother of three found in pool of blood by hubby

KOTA BARU: A mother of three children was found sprawled in a pool of blood about 100m from her home at Kampung Batu Papan, Gua Musang, early Sunday.

The victim, Yashmin Fauzi, a Police Volunteer Reserve (PVR), 26, was found with stab wounds on her neck and hands by her husband at about 2.40am.

Mohd Azrul Isahak, 30, who is also a PVR, said his wife was in a semi-conscious state.

"I believe she was running away from someone and had sought the help of the neighbours before collapsing by the roadside," he said.

"My wife died at 6.40am at the district hospital here after receiving emergency treatment," Mohd Azrul said sadly.

The couple has three sons aged five, six, and a five-month-old baby.

Police are investigating the case.
