TUMPAT: The Barisan Nasional has named Tumpat Umno division committee member Mat Razi Mat Ail as its candidate for the Sept 25 Pengkalan Kubor by-election.
Barisan deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced the name of the 49-year-old Quran teacher at the Umno service centre here yesterday.
