Anwar fails to get stay of prosecution's appeal in sodomy case

PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has failed to get a stay of the prosecution's appeal against his acquittal over the sodomy charge.

This means that the prosecution's appeal will proceed at the Court of Appeal on Thursday.
