Super pig: 'Angry Birds' comics recast pigs in heroic role

The world of Rovio's mobile avians is in for a shake-up as the Angry Birds comics celebratethe game's green piggies.

Though the green pigs may be typecast as uppity egg-stealers in the Angry Birds series, 2012's spin-off Bad Piggies at least showed their propensity for invention, as players helped construct all manner of clever contraptions to transport the trotters from A to B.
