Huawei has unveiled its new generation of flagship smartphones, the Pura 90s Series, featuring two devices in the lineup.
At the top end of the series is the Pura 90s Pro Max, featuring a 6.9in OLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate.
When it comes to the camera, the device has a triple camera system on the back, with a 50-megapixel main shooter, a 200-megapixel telephoto camera capable of 4x optical zoom, and a 40-megapixel ultra-wide.
There's also a 13-megapixel hole-punch selfie camera positioned at the top of the screen.

Under the hood is a HiSilicon Kirin 9030S processor powered by a 6,000mAh battery. The battery charges via a wired connection at 100W and wirelessly at 80W. It can also be used to charge other devices via reverse wireless charging.
It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the power button.
Huawei has also given the entire Pura 90s Series a striking selection of colour options, with the Pro Max available in four colour gradient options: Graphite Black, Blaze Purple, Blush Gold, and Orange Ocean.
The device comes in a single storage option, with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage, priced at RM4,899.
When it comes to Huawei's midrange offering in the lineup, the Pura 90s Pro comes with a slightly smaller 6.6in OLED screen capable of up to a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Pura 90s Pro has a similar camera setup to the Pro Max, with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto, and a 12.5-megapixel ultra-wide lens. There's also a 13-megapixel selfie camera.

Like the 90s Pro Max, the 90s Pro has a HiSilicon Kirin 9030S processor powered by a 6,000mAh battery, though with slightly toned-down charging specs at 66W wired and 50W wireless. It does, however, retain the ability to reverse charge other devices.
The Pura 90s Pro comes in four colours: Mulberry Black, Coconut White, Orange Soda and Guava Soda, with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage priced at RM3,999.
Pre-orders on the devices will be open until July 24, with both the Huawei Pura 90s Pro Max and Pro eligible for rebates of up to RM400, knocking the Pro Max's price down to RM4,499 and the Pro's price to RM3,699, along with freebies worth up to RM3,076.
The launch event further showed off the Huawei FreeClip 2 S, a pair of clip-on earbuds priced at RM899, featuring IP57 water and dust resistance, along with the ability to connect to devices across operating systems on the fly.
