Unifi has announced a scheduled system upgrade from May 22 to May 25.

"During this time, the MyUnifi app and Unifi Selfcare portal will be temporarily unavailable," the company said, adding that Unifi service will remain active for customers to stay connected as usual.

Customers are advised to complete tasks such as paying any outstanding broadband or mobile bills before May 22 to avoid potential disruptions during the system upgrade period.

For those travelling overseas, customers are also reminded to activate Scheduled Roaming or International Roaming through the MyUnifi App, Unifi Universe App or Unifi portal prior to departure.

"We encourage you to plan, purchase and schedule the activation of your roaming passes before 22 May 2026," it added in an FAQ.

After the system upgrade, the company said customers may notice some changes, namely revised plan names (services and benefits remain unchanged) and that all Unifi accounts (broadband, mobile, voice and Unifi TV accounts) will be available through the MyUnifi app.

More information is available on the Unifi website.
