Vivo has launched its V70 smartphone, marking a new addition to the company's midrange device lineup.
The V70 comes with a 6.59in Amoled display, with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and 5,000 nits peak brightness.

When it comes to the cameras, the device is equipped with a triple camera setup developed in collaboration with Zeiss, including a 50-megapixel main shooter, a 50-megapixel telephoto, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide.
There's also a 50-megapixel hole-punch selfie camera on the front.
Under the hood, the V70 runs a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, with the choice between 8GB or 12GB RAM. Potential buyers should note that the 8GB variant is only available with 256GB of internal storage, while the 12GB model comes with either 256GB or 512GB.

Keeping everything powered is a 6,500mAh battery with 90W charging, which Vivo says can manage up to 40 hours worth of video playback. It also has an IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance rating.
On the software side, the device ships with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, bundling several artificial intelligence-powered tools. These include a writing assistant, live captioning, along with enhancements for photography, videography, and editing.
The V70 is now available in Gold, Gray, and Black colour options, with the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model priced at RM1,999, while the 12GB RAM variants cost RM2,199 (256GB) and RM2,599 (512GB) respectively.

Customers who purchase the device during Vivo's first sale campaign (which runs until April 30) will also be entitled to some freebies and redeemables worth up to RM827, including a pair of Vivo Buds, an extra one-year warranty, and a 180-day screen protection warranty.
