Samsung offers RM100 rebate for Galaxy A12 with 48-megapixel camera

Samsung has announced a rebate of RM100 for the Galaxy A12, which is originally priced at RM799.

When the rebate is applied, users can get the device for RM699.

The smartphone has a 6.5in Infinity-V display with 720 x 1600 HD+ resolution and runs on an Octa-core processor (2.3GHz, 1.8GHz) with 6GB RAM and 128GB memory which can be expanded to up to 1TB via microSD.

The device is equipped with a rear quad-camera setup, starting with a 48-megapixel main camera, 5-megapixel ultra wide camera with 123° angle of view, 2-megapixel depth camera and 2-megapixel macro camera.

Its depth camera comes with a live focus feature that lets users adjust the depth of field in photos to achieve sharper images, says Samsung.

The feature is also available on the 8-megapixel front camera, enabling users to take selfies with less focus on the background.

The device, which is available in Blue or Black, is also equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, 15W adaptive fast charging, 3.5mm audio jack and fingerprint sensor.

The RM100 rebate offer for the Galaxy A12 is available online and participating outlets until April 11.
