CES 2021: Mobileye expanding AV test fleet to Detroit, Tokyo, Shanghai, Paris

At this year’s CES, the Israeli startup Mobileye – now an Intel company – presented its latest advances in the field of autonomous vehicles and announced upcoming testing in several major global cities.

Technological highlights include a new system of remote sensing by laser (Lidar) for improved road mapping to enhance the safety of autonomous driving. It could be on the market by 2025.
