Apple has announced that its new iPhone models – namely the 12 Mini with 5.4in display, 12 and Pro with 6.1in display, and Pro Max with 6.7in display – will not include the power adaptor and Earpods in the packaging.

The company said in a press statement that this move will help them to reduce carbon emissions and minimise the mining and use of precious materials. As a result, Apple said it can produce smaller and lighter packaging as well as allowing more boxes to be shipped on a pallet.
