Commuters can soon be compensated RM5 if their rideshare pickup is 15 minutes late, as Grab starts measures against driver delays.
The new feature is part of an opt-in Ride Cover insurance package that provides a 100% No Delay Guarantee and Personal Accident Insurance, at the cost of an additional 35sen a ride.
