Apple has launched iOS 12.3. — AFP Relaxnews

With the new Apple TV app software headlining the upgrade, Apple announced on May 13 that the latest version of the mobile operating system, iOS 12.3, is now available.

Just a few weeks after iOS 12.2 was released, Apple announced that the mobile operating system version 12.3 is now available for download, bringing the newly-designed Apple TV app to over 100 countries across the world.

In fact, the software update consists only of upgrades that enhance users' television experiences.

A feature called Apple TV Channels has been introduced to the iOS 12.3-based TV app which allows users to access all their streaming services and subscriptions in one place; US users, for example, can access HBO, Showtime, and Stars all from the updated app instead of having to watch shows and movies through each service provider's respective application.

Users can now download content for offline viewing – this is a first for HBO, and it's exclusive to the Apple TV app.

With the update, the TV application will also start offering personalised recommendations of shows and movies to subscribers, and a new Watch Now section quickly draws up a user's favourite and previously watched content for easy access across all synced devices.

Furthermore, a dedicated kids and sports section has been introduced with iOS 12.3.
