Google has announced that Android 9's Digital Wellbeing will be expanding to more devices beyond the Pixel and Android One range.

After Android's Digital Wellbeing application became such a hit with Pixel and Android One users, Google announced Feb 24 that they're officially expanding the tool to more devices.

And as of this week, Moto G7 owners have better visibility and control over their phone usage habits with new access to screen time charts as well as the ability to set app usage time limits.

The application provides users with almost the exact same information that Apple's Screen Time does for iOS 12 users, except now you don't have to be the owner of a flagship device to see such information about yourself.

Apart from the Moto G7 family, Google hasn't confirmed which partners will become part of the Digital Wellbeing family, but among the list of certified partners are Huawei, Vivo, Sony, LG, and Lenovo, just to name a few.

The features are expected to remain exactly the same for the expansion which began rolling out Feb 24 for those select Motorola devices. – AFP Relaxnews
