Google launches digital educational initiative in Germany

BERLIN: Google launched an educational initiative to boost basic training in digital competence at the opening of its new offices in Berlin on Jan 22. 

The US company, best-known for its search engine but active in a wide range of new technology sectors, aimed to ensure that everyone could profit from digital technologies, chief executive Sundar Pichai said.
