HTC is expanding its line of Virtual Reality goggles with one entirely new model, the Vive Cosmos, which is completely wireless and has no external sensors, and one updated version of its older model.

The new VR headset, presented at CES in Las Vegas, has sensors inside the casing instead, similar to what competitor Oculus has announced for its new Quest model.

HTC did not give any info on pricing or when the glasses may go on sale, only saying that more would be revealed later in the year.

HTC also announced it was upgrading its best-selling model Vive Pro, which will be the first such headset able to track eye movements. This will enable users to control the menu options with their eyes alone, instead of having to use a controller.
