Facebook users will soon be able to track how much time they are spending on the social media platform and even get reminders if they’re browsing online longer than intended.

Digital media consultant Matt Navarra tweeted screen captures of the new features, which included a tracker for time spent on Facebook and a reminder to stop after hitting a daily usage limit.

Users also get new shortcuts to adjust their notification settings, news feed preferences and how they interact with friends.

When available, “Your Time on Facebook” option will be under Settings & Privacy which can be accessed from Facebook’s More Tab (three lines).
