Light up your scene

The colour of the bulbs ‘mimic’ the action you see on screen. Signify claims it takes the content beyond the screen and extends it into the living room.

Signify, formerly Philips Lighting, showed off its PC and Mac apps that will let you sync your movies, music and games with its smart lighting system, Philips Hue.

The free Philips Hue Sync app, available for Windows 10 and Mac OS (Sierra or later), will make the Hue bulbs ‘mimic’ the action you see on screen. For instance, a sunset scenery will make the bulbs light up orange, while an explosion will make the bulbs blink.
