Prices for the GoPro Karma drone have dropped now that GoPro is discontinuing its drones.

The GoPro Karma drone's price has been slashed by-half, going for as low as RM2,999 at All IT Hypermarket.

The GoPro Karma was a multipurpose foldable drone, where its gimbal could be used as a standalone handheld stabiliser for the action camera.

In a post on All IT Hypermarket's Facebook page, the GoPro Karma Drone combo with the HERO5 Black action camera was going for RM2,999, down from RM5,999.

There was also another combo with the latest HERO6 Black action camera, at RM3,399, down from RM6,299.

Both come with a free additional battery for the drone, worth RM599.

To note, GoPro announced in early Jan that it was exiting the drone business, citing the challenges of turning a profit in an “extremely competitive” market.

The GoPro Karma Drone was the last model it manufactured, and though the company was disposing remaining inventory it would still service and support existing users.
